  Is everybody DEAD at this business? Or just brain dead? I contacted then by e-mail months ahead of when I wanted the work done. I got a quick reply from them by e-mail. As the time got closer to the proposed date, I sent several additional e-mails and didn't get a single reply. Then I wrote a letter and didn't get a reply to my letter. I have given up on them. They must apparently all be dead?? Or at least brain dead? Or, have they gone out of business?

  As the facility manager for St John's Lutheran Church in Northfield, I have used Ron's services for our heating and air conditioning maintenance and service. They have always been very timely in the response, very knowledgeable, and professional. I strongly recommend Ron's for any heating and air conditioning needs you may have. I give them an A + !!!
