  This is how you do customer service. Pick up the phone, arrive when you promise, speak plainly and precisely, do the work you bid, clean up following and charge what you estimate. That's all relatively easy! Why doesn't everybody do it? Matt hits that standard and more. As he told me when he left my home after an outstanding experience, "That's my furnace now". Yes it is Matt. Thanks

  I had a problem with my wood burning stove/fireplace insert that I was unable to solve on my own. Matt was willing to take a look & the 2 of us worked together to get it all back into the best shape it's been in since I had it installed ~30 years ago! I highly recommend Matt with no reservations!
