  We are very pleased with the quality of their product, both heat and air. We are very happy with the two service people we have had and appreciate the maintenance work Dan performs at our yearly maintenance checks. We have and will continue to recommend them to others. Recently we had a friend call us and ask who serviced our furnace. He was not a customer of Streitz and was not sure who to call since this was a Sunday. He called Streitz, they came out in a reasonable time, determined the problem, ordered the part and were able to install it in a timely fashion. My friend was very happy with the service he received.   Years ago, we wanted a second opinion on an air conditioning unit that was supposedly failing. Fortunately for us, Dan from Streitz Heating & Cooling was the person that evaluated the situation. He discovered that an easy $100 repair would fix the problem. Our system has been working great ever since and Dan saved us thousands of dollars. We've since signed up for their ongoing maintenance program and we look forward to seeing Dan each spring and fall. Our equipment has been expertly maintained and Streitz did a wonderful job installing a new gas fireplace for us as well. Streitz provides peace of mind and we're grateful for their attention to detail, professionalism, and overall quality of service!
