Amazing Service. Everyone from the receptionist I spoke with did a great job. total air Service honestly assessed what services needed to be performed and provided us a fair price. We will be using them again the future. Highly recommend.

Technician was prompt and very courteous. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. I’ve never experienced such exceptional service. Everything was excellent from this company. It was easy to book my appointment for a day and time that worked best for me. My appointment was set between 1-5 and the technician was at my house at 1. In and out in 15 minutes. I will definitely only be using this company from now on.

I was impressed that we were able to get a same day diagnostic appointment. They quickly identified the problem and were able to arrange for a sales call the same day. No pressure sales. They were able to install the new furnace and a/c within a week. Everyone was professional and friendly. They were thorough in going over the new unit after install. Price and service excellent and would recommend/use them in the future!
