They are absolutely most professional, caring and attentive people to work with.  My need was severe nd would have continued to be unknown without this team.  I requested a service and with pictures plus understandable explanation it was made clear we needed duct replacement right away.  My home is healthy now, the air is clean and air flow is consistent throughout all rooms.  We are beyond pleased with the level of services we receive.

Tim was excellent. He explained the problem we had with our unit and repaired it quickly. He also provided solutions to the same issue we might have in the future with our other two units. The office staff is friendly and remembers me when I call.  The technician calls and texts before arriving on time.  Jason is friendly and professional and gets the job done even if it is just for routine maintenance.  Jason made suggestions for a future HVAC enhancement which was useful information and appreciated.  You just can't ask for better than that!  I have used them for years and will continue to do so.

(this was edited on the same day of the original post ((02/04/2022)) to omit the lack of professionalism of this companies technicians. This was due to the excellent service and professionalism of the two technicians that visited us for our service call earlier today)

Horrible customer service. Left us freezing in our home during a winter storm.
We reported an issue with our unit making a loud repetitive banging noise whenever the fan kicks on. Took videos of it, was there when the technician witnessed it himself. His response "I don't think that's an issue".
We paid for that technician to come out and do nothing when there is an obvious problem.
We called the office and retorted that the issue wasn't resolved. They said they could send someone else out but there would be yet another charge for them to come out even though they never did anything the first time.
One technician came out and looked at this same issue multiple times and was unable to resolve the issue. This particular technician made the comment above of "I don't think that's an issue" prior to leaving several months ago.
Fast forward to today (Friday Feb 4th 2022, currently a winter storm here in Texas): our outside unit died in the middle of the night after the same loud banging noise followed by what sounded like a loud release of air over about a 45 second duration.
They are having someone come out sometime today. Originally our appointment was scheduled for 10 am - noon it we were told we wouldn't be charged for the visit. They called back to let us know it will be sometime between noon - 2 and they would be charging yet another service fee for the visit. Their excuse this time "because of the weather".
I wish there was a way we could hold this company accountable.
If anyone knows of any additional actions we're able to take outside of this review to warn other people against using this company, please let me know.

Mr Hofford I’m sorry you feel this way. However, keep in mind our company DID NOT install your system. We have come out and tried multiple times to right the wrongs from the company that did a horrible job on your install. We came out when the roads were covered in ice. No we didn’t make it at 8 but we got there as soon as we could while keepin our staff safe. I also refunded your service call for that day even though we came out to, once again, fix a major issue created by the company that installed it. I even offered to send our service manager out for free and you all declined. We have gone above and beyond to help you so this review is very wrong and a form of defamation considering All Service has tried to help you. If anything this should be against the company that installed your system.

All Service Heating & Air is a great local and reputable service.  Our technician Josh has been servicing our unit for several years.  He recently came out to perform some maintenance as the unit was struggling to cool during he hot Texas summer.  Josh was professional, timely and courteous and took time to explain the issue and things I can do to keep the system running efficiently.  I would highly recommend them if you are in the Plano and surrounding areas.  Thank you again for a great customer experience!

Highly recommend them for AC help! The person on the phone was very pleasant and helped me get an appointment convenient for me and they send follow up texts and emails before your appointment.  The tech was very friendly and helped me understand the problem and explained what he was going to do before doing it.  Easy payment with a credit card also makes it easier than finding a check book. Cant say enough good things about them, will use again!

My entire experience with Josh McGill and his company could be described in one word - OUTSTANDING!

When Josh first arrived at my place he immediately spotted a problem that had been created by a previous technician which had pretty much put my 9-year-old AC unit out of action.  After that, he sat with me and gave me a detailed explanation as to what he would be doing if he got the job of replacing my AC unit with a new one.  He then gave me a very competitive price after some negotiation and was able to give me an installation date within a couple of days.

His people (Ismael, Noah and Oskar) showed up exactly on time on the scheduled day.  They were polite, respectful of my property and appeared highly competent.  Everything worked perfectly once they completed the job and they left everything spic and span, as if they had never been here to do a major installation where numerous large and heavy items had to brought up and down from the attic.

Subsequently, I verified from the bank that the terms of the financing deal were exactly as stated by Josh.

Josh then returned the following week to do a Quality Control Check (first time I have had any company do that on their own accord).  He ensured that everything was done right by his people and corrected an issue with the thermostat touch screen that I reported to him.

Last but not the least, the Office Manager, Kristy, was extremely prompt in responding to any email I sent her.

Bottom line - I wish every service provider that I engaged operated like this one - that would save me a lot of headaches!

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend All Service Heating & Air to anyone needing AC and Heating repair or replacement services.
