I would recommend Tony's Total Comfort for all things Cooling & Heating. They have always sent out professional techs to perform their services and also are maintaining safe covid precautions. They also make sure that you are aware of any issues that they find during their inspection. In at least a handful of times, I have had them perform entire system replacements since some of the houses we manage have very old systems. The work is done expertly and efficiently. At no point, have I ever felt that we were being sold something we didn’t need. Tony is transparent in his findings and has been our go to for nearly 150+ properties in the Cleveland, OH area. Ultimately this company, was our best choice after over a year of our dealings with other companies that tried ripping us off at every turn.

Good old fashioned businesses are hard to find these days. One that is fair, professional with above average customer service and good pricing. You will find that in Tony's Total Heating & Air Conditioning. They deliver on time, quality servicing that gives a homeowner peace of mind that a job is completed in a timely fashion and well done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any needs you may have.

We had the misfortune of having our AC system totally fail. Tony came to the rescue. Quickly diagnosed and patiently explained the problem, discussed options, and provided a written estimate within a day. After we agreed on the equipment and price (excellent value) the work was scheduled and completed expertly on time by a terrific crew. From first trouble call to having a new AC system took exactly 7 days just in time as the hot weather hit. Tony was the epitome of professionalism and service and I will not hesitate to call on him again and recommend him to all for any HVAC problem.
