Erik Y. was the technician that serviced our home.  He was very professional, very knowledgeable and quite pleasant to talk to.  He called us ahead of arrival to let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would.   He inspected our AC/Heating system, cleaned and prepped the AC for the upcoming season and changed our filter.  He was efficient and informative.  We would definitely recommend Erik and TML Services for all one's HCAV needs.  We have used them for years and never had a complaint.

TML provided contract bi-annual services for our office for many years.  We had a change of ownership in which we relied upon TML's notes that the machines were in good working order.  Upon change of ownership, another company came out for service and immediately noticed huge cracks in almost all of the machines.  TML's less than ethical practices costed us an apx $50k fix, not to mention the carbon monoxide circling the office for who knows how long.

Another part, they continue to show up at our office for these annual services and will NOT STOP.  I have called several times yet keep receiving bills saying services were provided.  Last week I got to work and someone was up in our attic.  Somehow they missed we had completely new units outside - that had a different companies name - and still decided to come in and try to do a service.

This company is a joke and needs to be held accountable for the lackluster performance.

TJ Reach and Eric Hinckley called 15 minutes before they arrived.  They greeted me giving their names.  This visit was for my furnace maintenance.  The maintenance was completed in a timely manner and a full explanation was given to me of the findings.
