We used this company to install a quiet cool whole house fan. I spoke to Amanda on the phone and she answered all my questions and I booked instantly on the phone. A few days later Clay showed up. Clay was professional, knowledgeable, and installed the system as promised. The fan works great and I couldn't be more impressed with this company. I have a guy I usually use for HVAC, but will consider using them for other services as well based on this experience. Now I just need it to warm up to truly get all the benefits of the new fan.

Second time working with them but will be my last. Sent me a bill for service a year ago with another persons name on it. Called and told them I need a bill with my name on it. Never sent a correct bill. When they showed up a year later was told I had to pay up front since I had an outstanding bill. Talked to Susan who admitted it was her fault and she never sent a correct bill but neglected to tell her boss so still demanded payment. This visit sent out a tech who spent 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong. Couldn't figure it out, called for back up, the guy showed up and first thing he says is that the Fujitsu units are known for issues with compressor coil. So i got billed for 3 hours of diagnostic work which was actually two hours of training for a less experienced tech. This time they billed me incorrectly for hours on the original invoice. When I challenged them on it they agreed they had billed me for 4 hours more but instead of deducting 4 hours only deducted 3 then told me the extra hour was to order the part. Just shows they are in it for the money and don't concern themselves with good customer service. And the reason I know when they arrived and left is I have cameras on my property. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!

Cody installed our QuietCool whole house fan in about 2 hours. He was on time, well prepared, experienced, and took time to discuss placement options and other details with us. We haven't had much of a chance to try the new system out but it operates as expected and so far we couldn't be more pleased.
