  Pretty disappointed. We had them in to see if we could get our furnace working and the tech who was sent barely looked at it. He then told me to order a part that was incorrect and left the furnace taken apart.When we called them back, they wanted to charge extra for it being taken apart. It was their tech who left it that way.

  My 16 year old central air system has been finicky the last several years and was due to be replaced. Tuesday morning when I realized my AC wasn’t running as it should. Rather than tinkering with it and limping through another summer, with a pregnant wife, I decided to see about a replacement unit instead. I called four HVAC companies, 1 sent me to voicemail and didn’t even answer, 1 place said they would call back in two days to schedule an estimate appointment (they never did call back), and 1 place said they could come out in two weeks for an estimate. Tinman answered right away and said they would send and estimator out that day. When she arrived she was courteous and professional, told me that if I chose to work with them it could be completed that same Friday, and gave an estimate that was right at the average consumer reported price for my AC install. I agreed to the estimate and on Friday a Tech by the name of Cole Barton arrived to do the work. Cole was knowledgeable and skillful about his work and he was extremely pleasant and professional. He stayed cheerful even with me staring over his shoulder and watching him work. He left my basement floor cleaner than it was when he started. Thanks Cole and Thanks Tinman, my family and I appreciate your work.

  Read the bad reviews and decided to take a chance anyhow because i was in a bind. Leaving town in a few days and furnace was failing in middle of the night did not want to leave my wife with a cold house . Had the problem diagnosed myself and told receptionist to have tech bring a gas valve for my model which he didnt.Wasnt home when he arrived. But talked to him on phone. He was courteous and helpful but apologized because of cost which i would not agree to.A gas valve for my furnace is only about $100. But the company charges by flat rate which would have been $508.00 on top of the $98.00 service call .Unbelievable!!!! I can understand making a buck , but this was robbery. What crooks. Especially with the pandemics hardships. I just paid a guy for 15 mins of work that took me 4 hrs of overtime to make.$$$. To tell me something i already knew . BUYER BEWARE!!!
