  Comfort Control is always the go-to place for heating & cooling in Ashland. Our heater unit broke mid winter, they ordered the part & had it fixed & working a day or two. 🔥 Quick & easy, the way it should be.

  Mike from the Ashland store just serviced our gas fireplace and what a great experience! He answered many questions for us, as recent transplants from the South, and it was so pleasurable to work with someone with such a wealth of knowledge who was willing to share his knowledge with us. We will definitely use Ashland Comfort Control in the future for any of our heating and a/c needs. Thanks Mike!!

  We paid a small fortune for our mini split units 2 years ago. I have no problem with Ashland comfort control and just want to more so give people a chance to see what can happen with these units … just be aware that they only warranty what their techs work on for one year. A flared part cracked but they couldn’t tell me if it was factory’s fault or tech that flared it. I do water line/ services for work… ductile, poly, copper…. If we flare something wrong or if it is a bad compression fitting/ pipe cracks we definitely do not make customer pay for pipe, fitting, or water lost. Where fitting was broken was outside inside of the unit.. wasn’t bumped or bent so I guess maybe it was Mother Nature heating and cooling it 🤷🏽‍♂️ Either way the Freon is super expensive
