  During the hottest part of a heat wave, Salcido Connection not only had someone come out and fix my air conditioning problem, but did it on the same day I called. Love these guys, they are the best! Thank you so much!

  Salcido Connection does it better than anybody else by a long shot. They have done work on my last two houses and are always very responsive and fair. They have replaced large parts of my residential HVAC system, made service calls on short notice and updated the electrical in my new home. I would highly recommend them.

  My company contracted salcido connection to fix a cold storage room for fruit about 18 months ago. After the install we had to have them out to fix recurring issues that may or may not be their fault but 3 or 4 times in the course of 16 months. The straw that broke the camels back was when after 16 months the brand new compressor that they installed broke a rod and they stated it would need to be replaced at our cost of over $7,000. Which is what we already paid to have them do the work only 16 months prior. I did speak to customer service about the issue of us having to pay to fix something they just installed but refused to offer any discount or claim any fault. I had another company come out to quote and fix the issue, and the repairman asked me why they wouldn't have installed a drier to protect against the likely cause of the break. Needless to say we are no longer using salcido connections services and future customers beware!

  Ty, we regret that you are still unclear regarding the details of what actually transpired with your system. As we shared over the phone, your system likely had an intermittent floodback condition that led to the premature failure of the compressor. This is unfortunate, but does sometimes occur. We replaced all appropriate components when installing the replacement compressor, and - as a point of information - a drier cannot prevent refrigerant floodback conditions. If you wish to discuss further, we encourage you to contact us so that we can resolve the issue in a healthy manner.
