  We love Jacob's. First of all, Beverly is delightful. We called Jacob's last summer during the record breaking heat wave after arriving home from a trip to a 92 degree house. They were the only company interested in trying to find a way to help...they worked extra hard to slip us into the schedule. We were so grateful. Ryan showed up after an long day and got us back up and running. He was friendly and knowledgeable, even on this after hours call and a very, very hot day! He treated us like we were his first customer of the day. We've since called them back for additional work and to quote a new water heater. Ryan offered us alternatives as well as education that ended up saving us $1000's of dollars. Literally. Before making a decision, call Jacob's first. Great service. Friendly. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

  Our gas fireplace would not turn on so I called Jacobs. The scheduler was helpful and pleasant. I am impressed by the cell phone notifications asking if they could come sooner (of course!) and also letting me know my repair person was at my home for security purposes. Christian, the repair tech, was very polite, clearly explained the issue to me and fixed it in no time. He also covered his shoes with booties (we have white carpet)--very appreciated! I called to tell them how impressed I was with Christian, with both his knowledge and demeanor. All in all, what an outstanding company to deal with, both via phone and in person!

  A1 service! The tech was friendly, well educated in his business, and very willing to share that knowledge. Within a few minutes I was very glad I had called for their help. They inspected, repaired, tested, explained the issue, and made time for my extra questions. I am more than satisfied, and the price was fair. These guys are in my phone contacts list for keeps.
