A pleasure to deal with throughout. Josh came by, diagnosed what we needed, and gave us a very competitive quote. They worked for 10 straight hours and kept up the Covid protocols throughout, were very respectful keeping their masks on all day. Everything was finished exactly like Josh said it would be, and again, this was a very difficult job. They left the place completely clean and tidy as well. Then the office followed up with me to register my appliances and ensure everything went well. This team was top-notch and I highly recommend The Right Choice HVAC.

They inspected and repaired my duct for me. I was not sure what problem I had but my duct was not providing air but they found the problem and offered me solution so I went with it. It was done in a short time and airflow is better than before. Happy that I went with this company. Thank you guys for your work.

This is the second time I used The Right Choice HVAC as I moved into a new house and my furnace was in disrepair and I needed a new one.  Josh and his team are extremely knowledgeable and they have very reasonable prices considering the quality of work. He is also very honest and doesn't try to upsell and empty your pockets, which is very hard to find these days. I am a customer for life for sure.

The Right Choice HVAC team did a fantastic job on my house. They completed all the ductwork in fairly short order and did a great job making it as inconspicuous as possible. Their work passed inspection without comment. They installed a new furnace, AC unit, tankless water heater, and gas lines to the stove and BBQ area. I would not hesitate for a moment to use The Right Choice HVAC for my next HVAC project.

These guys were awesome! I've used various companies and this one was the best. Not only did they arrive promptly, they were extremely polite and friendly all around the process. I was also impressed by their before and after pictures of my ducts. I highly recommend this company!

The Right Choice Heating and Air

They charged me $470 to replace a flame sensor, a $15 part.  I get that there's labor costs, but when I had my cousin pose as another customer and ask them for a quote on what it would cost for the same unit to be diagnosed and fixed for a faulty flame sensor, they quoted $350.  I called several other companies and asked them the same thing, and they quoted $200 to $325.  So these guys were on the high end of several other companies, and they charged way more than they told a person in a similar situation.  I had called these guys because my heater had been acting up for years, and I had called them out 2 years prior for the same thing but they couldn't figure it out then.  But the service guy was nice, but two years later the heater was way worse so I gave them a second shot.  They totally took advantage of my wife and I being really busy that day.  The tech came out and within 15 minutes knew it was a faulty flame sensor.  The part is $15, to charge us $470 for that is gross.  I called the company and emailed them SEVERAL times to try and figure out why they charged so much, if it was an oversight or greed, and they never returned my calls or emails, even though they returned emails to other (fake) customers at that time when I was seeking a quote from them.  Sad.

Service was excellent. Josh was very helpful. He arrived quickly, efficiently and rigorously diagnosed and fixed the problem with our furnace, helped us find an inexpensive solution, and gave us some great tips.
