  Erika, Maria were great!!! They are very knowledgeable, professional and organized. They delivered great customer service from booking to confirming appointment to the day of appointment. Eduardo was great! Came in with shoe covers, gloves and mask. Very knowledgeable. Professional and knows how to communicate to clients in a way we can understand. I would definitely recommend this company and continue doing business with them.

  Jose C. has been out to my home several times and he is very consistent with his work. The knowledge and background experience is amazing. He explains each detail of how my unit should be maintained, he takes pictures of what he’s doing how the fixes where made to the unit. I am happy Service Genius maintains a consistent customer to technician relationship. Jose C. states I will be his recurring client for the life of my unit. I wish Jose all the best and thank you Service Genius for having a great employee! See you in July for the AC maintenance Jose! I will definitely keep some “Topo Chico” on hand you to enjoy after a job well done. Stay safe.

  It started from my initial phone call. The gentleman that answered was polite and courteous as well as professional, his energy was great. He answered all my questions and gave me the soonest available appointment. Tanner the technician was awesome. He was professional from start to finish. He explained everything before he began service and then again upon completion. I would definitely use this company’s services again.
