Excellent service. Technician was on time and professional. This was a general maintenance service on my heating unit to make sure everything was working properly. He explained what adjustments were made and why. I felt confident in his experience and explanation, so while he was here I also had a programable thermostat installed. Very happy with their service and would use them again. I’d recommend them.

I bought a heating/air system from this company a couple of years ago and Mike the owner was great and very informative. Fast forward to today, when I schedule a filter replacement/ maintenance, the person on the phone says they have a deal for returning customers of $35 , I specifically ask if that includes the filter and the representative states that it does. I go ahead and schedule the appointment. When the technician arrives he states that they don't normally carry the filter I require and that it's not including in the $35 quote. Again I reiterate to the technician that this is not what I was promised to which he replies ' you have already said that 4 times". In my opinion I think that was very rude of the technician and not at all professional. I called the office then and spoke with Nicholas who did apologize for the mix up and for the mistake. He said he would forward this to the owner and see what could be done. Well it has been 3 days and I haven't heard back from anyone. When I was in the process of buying the system I received a call right away now there is no reply. So it gets me thinking maybe they do this, the technician comes out and then you are made to pay more than what you originally expected. Considering that there are many companies to choose from I was very disappointed with this company. I called them because I had dealt with them before but I guess once they sell you the big ticket item they no longer care about your business. I was very disappointed.
