The staff at this location are friendly and very helpful.  Even with all their preparation for the up coming "Black Friday" event, the staff were not to busy to help customers find various items in the store.  The customer service person helping me with a return was friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant.  Having just come from Walmart, where all of the staff working the floor are apparently brain dead and do not have an independent thought of their own, having a friendly, knowledgeable staff be my first contact in Home Depot was a much appreciated change of pace.

Not as fun to shop as Lowe's, but-locally- Home Depot maintains their plants much better than Lowe's. I like that (plants are living beings too!) I wish Lowe's also recognized this.

Hey, could you guys get an area for sitting for pick up customer I’m currently leaning on some hedge trimmers, waiting for my order. This is the second time I’ve been here to prevent waiting. Tricked me.

We placed an order for carpet which they messed up. In trying to get the order fixed,  they caused more problems and double charged us. Had to keep calling up to talk to different people to get it resolved. Then was told the carpet would arrive 5-10 days.  Its been 3 weeks, and each time I call to find our information,  never does it seem like any employee can give me an answer on what's going on with my order. I get shuffled around to different departments. Dealing with the tipeka home depot has been a nightmare.

Drove an hour to purchase a took their site claimed was in stock. Spent 45 minutes with three employees trying to find it. They all just disappeared without giving any idea if they actually had it. Went to customer service desk and got told I was best off just ordering it because even though it says they have one it’s probably just to keep the SKU on the system. The. Spent 15 minutes waiting to have another cage unlocked which took 2 more employees to get open. One disappeared so I had to track another down. Went to check out and asked for a military discount. When they rang it up I thought it had been put in and it had not. My answer I got to it was, “0oh shoot, maybe next time when you come in”.
