Our business is in an old building and they always create affordable and effective solutions for our heating and air. We can always count on them any time of day or night to also help us in emergency situations. We recently renovated part our business. They came up with a very creative and appealing solution.   I have used Modern Air for over 20 years at different locations, new work, repair work, they've done it all. Always pleased with how they explain what my options are and what to expect during the process. Most of all I've been very happy with the final product. Whether it was servicing an old furnace/ac or installing new equipment, I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.
