This is not on my behalf but my in laws. Their air conditioner went out in the middle of July, made them wait two weeks to fix it, then they called the day they were supposed to show, saying their work van was broken down. Made them wait another month, then the day it was rescheduled, they “didn’t have the parts.” Here it is March, no ac, and still a broken down washing machine since November because of all the lame excuses on why it can’t be repaired. This place is a scam and needs to be shut down. DO NOT but from sears!!!

Terrible scheduling system. Our tech for the compressor installation never showed up. Apparently he said we weren't home which isn't true. We wasted the whole day waiting for him. Instead of someone coming the next day, our schedule was bumped out 15 days. Numerous calls to customer service got us nowhere in trying to get our appointment moved up. So we had to wait the extra 15 days, leaving us without our main refrigerator for well over a month. Our tech was fine and apologized for our lack of service but says the tech's hands are tied and can only go where they are scheduled. We will never use this service again.

I am low on day 37 without a refrigerator. Their 3rd party contractor "assessed" the refrigerator with a "yep its broken" Ibhave called 46 times. 38 times Inwas put on hold for the overflow dept. 16 chat messages including 3 different times of someone will get ahold of you in 72 hours. The first time Inwas told that was 14 days ago. Unfortunately the $5,000 Kitchen Aid refrigerator has needed services 4 times in 24 months. To replace it is 3 times in 12 months. This time day 37 and they still dont have a schedule or plan to fix it. The 5 year warranty for $500 was not worth it. Poor inexcusable business. Poor company who is sure to go bankrupt again. That will be a huge benefit to the consumer.
