  I love gardening, planting trees, shrubs and I'm an artist so I called Blue Dot for a solution to a lack of water sources for me on my acreage and shop. They came out after my quote and put in an underground waterline for the north and south sides of my home as well as installed two hydrants and plumbed water into my outside shop. I'm thrilled that it was done so professionally and timely. If I need them again in the future, I'll not hesitate to call!

  I am very happy with this service. Brandon (and his trainee) arrived in good time, determined the problem with my furnace (during the coldest weather of the year so far!), consulted as needed via phone, determined that a part was needed, found one, went and got it and then installed it. I was kept informed, and they both did what they could to minimize tracking in the fresh snowfall. Furnace now working just fine and normal. I found the price reasonable (discount to service call cost as I have a maintenance contract helped).

  The response time exceeded my expectations and the service was phenomenal. Doug was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. The price and service were very satisfactory. Their annual service fee is very reasonable and I highly suggest this. I have already set up a come back service for our air conditioner and plumbing which is included in the annual service charge.
