  I love Home Depot! I could spend all day there and my husband as well! He is so hilarious whenever we go, he looks like a child in a candy store!!!🧍‍♂️🍭🍬🍫 The quality of their products here are excellent especially their tools. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they usually have a large selection to choose from! I always look forward to going!

  Purchased a Generator online for same day store pickup. Shortly after I was called and told that I had to pick it up within 2 hours or less or they would cancel my order and refund my money. Reason given was due to high demand of the impending ice/snow we were getting. This was wrong! Called their corporate office and was told that absolutely this wasn't allowed and was assured my item would be there whenever I got there even if it was 48hrs later. Called the store back and spoke with Matt the "manager" and he tried to tell me the same thing he would cancel if it wasn't there immediately. Once I let him know I had notified corporate his attitude changes and he now blames it on his district manager telling him he has to do it this way. Either way it was shady and just plain greedy. I paid over $900 for the Generator and shouldn't have been threatened to be there within an hour to get it. If it wasn't for the possible power outage and them out of stock every where else I would have went elsewhere and bought one. Lowes has definitely gained a new customer.

  Very helpful staff for what I went for from the second I walked in . I even had an odd request and 2 workers went looking through register areas and desks looking for a safety pin, and called customer service bc I needed one to get lint out of my cell phone charging port bc my phone was about to die ( nothing to do with Home Depot) just happened to be there right after work and realized it on my way there. Just goes to show how helpful and outgoing the staff at this location is.
