INCREDIBLE service!! I stopped in to have my chainsaw serviced. Chris stated that it would be 6-8 weeks to get the chainsaw back. He took the chainsaw and attempted to start it up. He worked on it for awhile and found that the throttle had come disconnected. He then proceeded to take the chainsaw apart and fixed the linkage. He also cleaned up the oil intake so it wouldn’t leak. He also showed me how to quickly start it up…not that i didn’t know 🤔 Chris did all of this without me asking and without asking for a dime. One of the best customer service experiences of my life. Thank you Chris for the tremendous customer service and being an ambassador to Clermont County Equipment!! Greatly appreciative! Jeremy

Still waiting (after 1 year) for a set of mulching blades for my mower. Each time I call, they tell me they are on the next shipment. Can't believe that shipment is taking a year. The last time I called I'm pretty sure they completely forgot I ordered them. Good luck getting anything they have to order. Would have loved to give them more stars, but it feels like once they got your money, you are dead to them.

Worst service ever on repairs. They have had our mower for 7 weeks (said it would take two) to repair a $35 belt. When we call, no answer. When we stop by, they said they haven't looked at it yet. I understand it is spring and many mowers need repaired, but don't quote a time frame and then more than double the time you keep it in your shop with no end in site.

I'm sorry Erinn for your experience. We were awaiting for parts to finally come in to repair your mower. We apologize for not communicating better with you, but its been very difficult in getting an exact repair time and part retrieval to even complete repairs.
