  It’s super annoying that there’s only one guy in the entire store that can unlock tools for you to purchase. I’ve never had to wait less then 15 minutes for him to come around and assist. I’m not saying anything negative about the man himself but can management be more proactive about having department leads or managers more available or NEAR their department? It just gets old when it’s the same thing every single day. Nothing changes.

  Bought a Shop-Vac at Home Depot a day ago opened it up and not all the parts were there and it looked like it was going to return it was still dirty. I called them if they told me to bring it back and they will give me a refund. I told them they must have put it back on the Shelf without checking it to make sure the stuff is all back in the box and that it hadn't been used.
