Precision Plumbing was recommended by my Home Warranty Company. Christina called back within hours of my calling the warranty Co. My tankless hot water heater no longer heated the water. Crew arrived on time with a call pre arrival. Owner Perry also arrived to check the unit. Matt and Kristy did a fabulous job replacing the unit. Christina in the office coordinated everything. I was very pleased with the work and final outcome. Plan to use this plumbing company for all my future needs.

Matt and Kristi came out to fix a shower faucet, main sewer line, install water line for ice maker and new gas lines for out door lanterns. I received professional text messages notifications of their arrival time. They came through gave me a quote for all the items and I agreed to their fair pricing. We scheduled for them to come back since it was an all day job for all the items and again I received text notification of their arrival time. They cleaned up after their work was done and it’s like they were never here. They were defined a 10 out of 10 And I will definitely use them again.

Had to have a water heater replaced - Plan to wait a minimum of two weeks, both times talking on a Monday "earliest" they could send someone was Friday. They also make you pay for the service before sending someone out. I have NEVER had to pay for a service BEFORE it gets done - this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Also told me something in the photo didn't look right after leaving and said they'd have to come back then all of a sudden changed their mind? Stay away.

We are sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience. Our records show that your service was through a 3rd party warranty policy. Unfortunately, when serviced through a 3rd party there are delays in securing parts and/or equipment. On this specific claim there was a 10 day delay with your warranty ordering the wrong heater. As for payment, it is company policy that we collect the out of pockets on the same day of service. If you should try our company again, we will waive your service fee. Possibly contacting your warranty would help with their fee reimbursement due to their delay. Thank you and again, we apologize for your experience.
