Very nice staff when asking questions. Store was very clean and organized. They also had an amazing selection of indoor and outdoor plants. I was impressed at the quality.

PROBLEM, ASK FOR CALEB! I purchased a online tool set in November, one of the batteries was defective. Network didn't have any, anywhere!, For 4 months. Now, I saw they had them but I couldn't get a single battery for exchange in stock. Called the store after website support was a JOKE, & was transferred to a manager. Caleb went the extra mile, and split a 2 pack of non like for like, but they were acceptable to me. Now 4 months later, all fixed! Feeling great! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at the Bastrop Home Depot. Honestly, I don't come here often enough because there is another place that is easier to get to from the direction I travel, but I will start making the extra effort for such great customer service. The awesome lady at the checkout and kind man the loaded my tree into my car really made a stressful situation easy peasy. I realize buying a Christmas isn't usually stressful, but this is my first time being the one to get the tree and our first Christmas without my grandma. Being kind goes a long way during the holidays because you never know what someone else is going through. That you, Home Depot!
