The folks at Centex are just so easy to work with for our rental property. They have a reasonable maintenance package. They schedule winter and summer checkups on-time and with minimal effort on our part. And the folks from their team are always friendly and professional. We've been happy with them for well over a decade now.

On one of the coldest days of this year our electric heat quit working in the middle of the night so I called first thing in the morning to see how long it was going to be before we could get someone to come look at it. The dispatcher sent Dayrl out that afternoon and he checked it out while taking his time to make sure what he needed to repair it was actual what he needed. He gave many options, and I picked the one I felt best for us. The next day the dispatcher called and wanted to know when the best time was to come out and install the parts. That afternoon we had heat and at a reasonable price to in clued a Maintenace plan for the AC unit and the heating system.

Centex is an exceptional company. Their team, from the owners, office, and service technicians are the best. Daryl was my service technician today and as always, he was great. I would highly recommend Centex .
