Excelent service and price. highly recommended. Edwin can to my house and find the issue with my AC in 5 minutes... no peoblems since them.

I called them up today and at first they said the soonest would be tomorrow but one of his workers, Greg, called me back soon after saying he could be on his way. It was so fast and responsive! He replaced the compressor component and it wasn't an arm and leg to fix. He was honest and professional. Would definitely recommend

Early Tuesday  morning my furnace broke during the freezing weather last week in Bastrop and I had no heat. I left message with Bastrop A/C asking for someone to call as soon as possible about this. C.J. called me and said he'd get here as soon as he could safely do so because of the weather conditions.  He talked with my son and  was assured I had a place to stay until the furnace was fixed.  He found the fan was broke; he had no part in his van; left to see if he had one in the shop. He called back to tell me he didn't and the warehouse he gets parts from was closed.  He kept me informed after that and finally on Friday afternoon he was able to pick up the part and fix my furnace.  Excellent customer service.  Highly recommend using this company when needed.

A/C went out overnight thought I would have to wait 24hrs to get a tech over to our home. That was not the case when I called Bastrop Air Conditioning & Heating. After just 2 hours I had my A/C back up and running. They have always been very professional with a quick response and reasonable cost. Thank you for serving our community. Highly recommend.

I had an urgent commercial refrigeration repair issue, and Bastrop Air was the first to respond.  They were kind and courteous to my staff, and they were able to fix my prep fridge quickly and for a very fair price.  They also came back to my business a few days later to make sure everything was running properly.  I would absolutely use Bastrop Air's services again for my business and home.

My Lennox 3.5 Ton 16 Seer unit has been a blessing. Over 4 years old and only tripped due to me letting the inside filter remain unchanged after it was due. Nice AC Tech showed up by 1p.m. and figured out the cause of the trip and had the unit up and running in about an hour. He checked out the unit for any other problems and I'm going to schedule a yearly contract so it's cleaned and checked twice yearly. Nice friendly, father and son business with other highly qualified AC personnel to service your needs. I give them 5 Stars!

Our system was not cooling properely. Called them out 5 weeks ago. They showed up 1 day late on a Friday . They said we needed a coil clean and would be back Monday. They didn't show back up till Wednesday. They cleaned the coil and left and said they were done. That night the return air grill just fell off, it was not latched. The we realized they left the old filter , which was in need to be changed. I changed the filter. The system still does not cool properly. So we called them for 5 days and never did anyone answer or return our call for 5 days. Our 91 year old landlord had to threaten them in a voicemail, and they called back 2 days later. Finally a different guy came out and said the unit needed Freon and charged it up. The unit seemed to do better for a couple of day. So we called him back and he said it needed a new valve of some kind. Now this all started the 3rd week in June, it is now almost August. We have called them every day this week, today is Thursday and still no reply. We have driven  to there office at least 6 times and there has never been anybody there. So far they have been paid $400 and we still are sitting in a 78 degree house at its best. Our light bill doubled this month. Last year on this date it was $156.00 this year its $325.00

Today I went into a store to get bread. There was a gentleman in the store who was very close to m not wearing a mask. I asked him where his mask was and he replied by pointing to his truck. I said that's not doing you or me any good. He said (very sarcastically) "well you've got yours"  I would NEVER use this business purely based on this experience.

The technician presented himself and a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Furthermore he failed to inform me or obtain my permission before  performing a coolant tank refill which increased my bill by over $400. Instead of waiting for me to call the owner to get permission to remove the coolant he added,  the technician got an attitide and said he was leaving and then took off leaving the collant in the tank.

The business owner tried to bully me into paying a bill that was $495 for this poor service,  when his original estimate was only $75, and defended the attitude that the technician got towards me when I asked why he didn't call me first before conducting the costly repair.  I would tell everyone who is considering this business to go to any other business in Bastrop and under no circumstance allow them to repair your AC. They are deceptive, and the technician that I got sounded like he just walked off a prision unit.
