  I called two other services that day and no one was available on a Friday afternoon during regular business hours. Tried Blue Ribbon and someone immediately answered - extremely pleasant interaction and assured me she could have someone out before end of day (it was already 2:30 pm). Kerry arrived and was kind, professional, thorough and above all else tolerant of my looking over his shoulders and asking every question. He wasn’t cutting corners in a rush to clock out for the weekend which I appreciated. Lastly, Kerry swept my stairs and floors as a courtesy for the insulation we both were tracking in and out of the attic. In a world where customer service is often lost, I was very impressed with Blue Ribbon and highly recommend them.

  We got an estimate for replacing and redesigning our duct work system for better air flow and replacing a couple of other parts to help our system run more efficiently. The cost of supplies has gone way up, but Blue Ribbon still quoted a pretty fair price for all the work that needs to be done. We trust them to provide excellent maintenance service, fair prices, and good quality replacement parts when needed. They text you when their technician is on the way and even provide the name of the technician and his picture. Thank you, Ron Macy, for explaining all the work that needs to be done and answering our questions. All the staff we've talked with on the phone and the technicians who have been to our home are friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. It's a pleasure doing business with Blue Ribbon Cooling & Heating!
