Had an absolutely amazing experience today with this company. Had an emergency with my furnace (it’s the weekend!) and Evan was so quick to come over and get everything fixed up. I was expecting to have to wait awhile, so I was pleasantly surprised! He was so kind, helpful, polite, and sweet. They went above and beyond to help me out. It is a wonderful business and I am happy to tell friends and family to use them for heating/cooling needs. Thanks, Good Guys!

Scheduled a long over due furnace tune up. James was awesome. He explained what could be an issue in the future and the cost but didn't feel it was something that needed to be done in the immediate future. I so very much appreciated his honesty..

Had my furnace stop working yesterday. I like trying to solve problems on my own, so I spent a few hours digging around. Came to the conclusion that likely I needed and Ignitor. Found out that no where around me had any for sale, and shipping it'd be 2-3 days minimum to get one shipped. Messaged CW Good Guys late at night expecting an email or text in the morning. I asked about the possibility of just buying an Ignitor if they had any in stock, fully expecting to just have them say "Hey, we need to come out and do a Service Call". To my surprise within a few minutes I got a response from Dan. He said they could check to see if they had one in stock, and they'd be happy to just sell me the part. He went further to help me diagnose things to make sure that I was only replacing something that needed to be replaced. Gave me a few options of things to check. Went and check in with another guy, Jeff, and confirmed via picture that my Ignitor was definitely bad. They didn't have the part in stock, but were able to get one delivered to their shop within a couple hours. All while the weather was doing Winter in Wisconsin things. (Sleet, Hail, Bad Road) Can't recommend these guys enough. They went out of their way to save me a service call, at the expense of their bottom line.
