  R&J Duct Cleaning was contracted to clean the HVAC ducts and the dryer vents in my house. The work was planned for the next day after a visit for a no-obligation quote. The staff arrived on time and completed the task efficiently. We are happy with the service we received and the price we paid. They come highly recommended from me.

  R&J Duct Cleaning performed admirably. We had a duct inspection and estimate, as well as a duct cleaning and restoration. They were on time, professional, had excellent communication and response times, and provided friendly service. Prices are reasonable for the services provided. Overall, I was very impressed with the workmen's excellent service and professionalism. Strongly suggested.

  I contacted this company 2 weeks ago to clean out our drier ducked at work. They told me I was scheduled between 10am-12pm that they would show up. With a call 30 minutes before. 12 rolls around, so I call and they said they had me scheduled from 12:30-2:30. 3 o’clock, still nothing. So I call, and they told me they tried to TEXT the land line phone, and they go no responses so they didn’t come. I asked them why they didn’t try the second number they had for my file, and their response was “I don’t know.” So they rescheduled me for first thing in the morning 7:30am-10:30am. 10:30am comes, still nothing. So I call, they tell me my appointment was 10:30am-12:30pm. 12:27 comes, still NOTHING. I call and they tell me I will get a call in 3 minutes. 12:48 they show up, clean the venting. And tell us we need new/more venting. Because we now have 2 dries, so they told us they would call us Monday to schedule the duck work. No call. I call Monday afternoon, they tell me our technician will call me. No call. I call Tuesday, “your technician will call you”. Nothing. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. The same thing. So long story short, this company is very unreliable. Do NOT recommend
