  After considering every HVAC company in the area, we ultimately decided to go with Comfort Guru because of their customer service and overall demeanor. Every encounter, from the first phone call to our inspection, was above and beyond courteous and Cherie and Aaron were easy to work with every step of the way. Our new furnace and ducts are perfect, and we're so glad we went with the Guru!

  This company is great and has been an absolute pleasure to work with since the first phone call. Aaron is an incredibly personable and knowledgeable individual. He came to my house and provided a quote within a day after he took measurements. He made me feel heard, catered to my requests, and priced and excellent unit that balances my wants and needs. Cherie had excellent communication the entire time. Due to covid and the whole world having shipping delays my unit was only a couple weeks late but Cherie called me weekly to provide updates and excellent customer service. She has a great attitude! On the install day the guys called to confirm the day before, showed up on time, were very professional and cared about my home. I was able to get to know them a little over those 2 days of install, they are also a pleasure. Russ, Mark, and Anthony took their time to do things right and clean. My indoor unit is in my garage under the house, after they left my floor was cleaner than when they started! I work from home and they were quiet, non intrusive, and super professional. I really enjoyed this install team as they took time to answer all of my questions, take a close look at the materials, and never hesitated to stop and explain how things worked. Even with all my questions they still completed the project when they said they would and finished with all smiles and a few laughs. These guys were also health conscious, always wore a mask if they needed to come inside and also wore the boot covers to not track in any dirt. My old heat system was Propane, the install crew made sure they capped off the old propane lines safely and preformed several tests to insure it was properly capped. I also needed some electrical work done in order to power the new unit, this was subcontracted by Comfort Guru to Phase to Phase electric, these guys were great. They were fast and professional, also a pleasure to speak with. All in all, I now have a very efficient unit professionally installed and ready to take on the heat of summer and the cold of winter while saving me some money. We could not be happier, and if I could give more stars I would. Thanks again to Aaron, Cherie, Russ, Mark, and Anthony; also thank you to Joel and the Phase to Phase team!

  This is the first time I’ve ever needed to purchase an HVAC system from the ground up. Our house was built in 1965 and had no HVAC in it except baseboard heaters. The previous owner mostly rehabbed the house but did not upgrade the HVAC. So when we got tired of baseboards and space heaters and heating with wood, we called the Comfort Guru for an estimate. That was a couple years ago and we could not pull it off but Aaron was enthusiastic and understanding, and we knew we would go with him when it was time. We finally initiated the purchase and install late last year. Besides one of the parts taking a while to arrive (due to supply chain problems, not a problem with Comfort Guru), the whole process has been efficient and everyone on the team has been friendly and helpful. From Aaron to Sue-Anne and Cherie in the office, down to the installation crew; Russell, Mark, and Anthony; the team has been knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and professional. The installation team made sure to offer to wear masks as I told them we have an immunocompromised person living here. They wore booties over their shoes to prevent tracking mud in. They’ve taken very good care of our space and our furnishings. They communicate well about how long they’ll be there and what they’re doing so we know everything we need to about the installation and the system. And today, Aaron came by to check on the installation and informed me that he thinks the guys will be done two full days less than they planned for. We are very pleased and highly recommend the Comfort Guru for anyone who needs HVAC. Thanks, guys, we could not be happier!!
