Love Ledbetter"s. Sue and the office crew are efficient and easy to work with. The owner, Michael, personally came out and reviewed my situation. The estimate was very competitive and the installer was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Ledbetter's Heating and Air Conditioning!

They have gone above and beyond to get my heat system fixed. Very respectful employees. Definitely won't choose anyone else. Would definitely recommend if you need your heat and air system fixed.

Service man came out 3 time staying no more than 5 minutes each visit. Never fix the problem. Heat would run but never shut off. Owner want $6000 to replace my system lol

Dear Ms. Sharpe - Thank you for your review and taking the time to speak with me this morning (2/3/22). We can only improve if we know of the issues that are happening in the field. I sincerely apologize that our service technician was not able to resolve your issue and that you were able to get it resolved elsewhere. I would like to address the concerns from this review. Per the service technicians notes, there were 3 calls out. (1/13/22) Found the thermostat had lost its programming, he re-programmed the thermostat, definitely would have taken more that 5 minutes. Return call (1/14/22) apparently still having the same issue and found a bad limit switch that had to be ordered. Return call to replace part (1/19/22) which would have definitely taken more than 5 minutes. After each visit on 1/13 and 1/19 the system was cycled several times and working, according to our service technicians notes. As per the replacement quote, you had requested that. We never said that you had to replace it, you asked and we complied. The quote was for $6,000 which included replacing your exisitng 1997 electric furnace and adding a heat pump which apparently had been stolen from your residence some time ago. The quote included a complete HVAC system for the current market rate. I hope that this helps to explain your concerns. Wish you all the best, Anna Ledbetter
