Mark the owner has been to our house several times over the past 4 years. He sets up a time to meet with us to assess our situation, and often fixes the problem right then. If a part has to be ordered, he keeps us updated on its arrival and when he will be here to install it. He never misses a scheduled time. Mark always brings knowledgeable and courteous staff with him to make sure the job gets done that day. To top it off, his prices always come in lower than what we'd expected.

My self-clean feature burned up the electric circuitry in my stove the day before we were to start showing our house. I called, and Mark and Kyle squeezed us into their busy schedule the same day. Despite heroic efforts, the old stove was dead. We bought a new one and, again, these nice fellows came right out to install it for us. They charged less than a third of the installation cost from the big, box store. I’d hire them again anytime - friendly, professional, and ready and willing to help.

Contacted 6 months ago for a repair on a Samsung Gas Range. Paid for the part and waited 3 months with no communication. I called to find out the part was ordered and sent wrong twice. I waited 3 more months and texted this morning my displeasure in having to wait months without any communication. Received a phone call saying, "he doesn't communicate with parts as it is a wasted phone call". He also stated he "has been waiting for parts for a year" That doesn't make sense as he has received parts twice in a few months, they were just incorrect. As a General Contractor and business owner myself, I'm shocked that any business owner would claim communication is a waste of time from a paying client. When asked how long are we supposed to wait without any word, refund of the part was the answer.
