The Air Doctor Inc. has been courteous, prompt, informative, and most of all professional. My first service came when I heard what sounded like a gunshot and then the temperature started rising and the auto function on my thermostat wouldn’t work. The Air Doctor, Inc. was at my house the next day and while a bandaid was put on in the form of a new compressor and more refrigerant for my dinosaur of a system, I also came to the realization that it was time for a new split system HVAC. I had my quote appointment and was educated on new HVAC choices and decided on a Daikin, especially because of the warranty it comes with. Just had the Daikin installed, and am so happy to credit the The Air Doctor Inc. with giving me an efficient, quiet and very powerful new HVAC. Everyone I have met or talked with, through the process of first a repair and then a replacement/installation, has been kind, personable, educated, and, above all, honest. The Air Doctor installed new HVAC systems at our home, cleaned the ductwork and installed an iWave system to help with air impurities.  The process was absolutely amazing!  What a great group of people; the Owners are wonderful, honest, responsive, and in-tune with their client family.  The installers are such nice guys, too.  Always smiling, ready to answer any questions.  The iWave has truly cut down on the airborne particles and leaves the house smelling 'fresh'.  If you cook, the system draws out the air impurities quickly.  No more sneezing and our sleep quality has improved because the allergens are gone. The static electricity is 100% GONE, too :) We have noticed a big difference in the air quality and our guests have commented on the difference, as well.  Highly Recommend!!!

We have used The Air Doctor twice now, for system replacement and also for repair work on a rental property.  They were very prompt to return calls and were on time for the appointments they set. AC unit quit on Friday afternoon on Labor Day weekend. Called the company that installed the unit and was told they would respond Tuesday. Called Air Doctor at 8pm, technician arrived in 30 minutes. Great customer service defined.

I have nothing but good things to say about The Air Doctor.  I had a brand new system installed recently; a 2 ton variable speed Daikin Fit, Air Handler, and all new duct work.  The owner Dale, runs a great company.  Everyone is friendly and professional from the office staff to the Installation Crew!  And it's the Installation Crew that impressed me the most!  They were incredibly friendly, meticulous, and took pride in their work.  They came in, laid down plastic to protect my carpet, and got to work.  They had the entire air handler and duct work removed from the attic within 90 minutes!  The entire job was done in less than 2 days for my 1100 sq ft single story house.  And they did everything without banging up my walls or messing up my house.  That's the really impressive part.  I highly doubt you will find a better installation crew with another company!

I highly recommend going with The Air Doctor!

And if you haven't heard of the Daikin Fit air conditioner, please do yourself a favor and at least look into it.  You will love it!  Super efficient and super quiet inside and outside!

After realizing our A/C was not working, I called The Air Doctor. 30 minutes later someone arrived and had the unit up and working again within the hour. Expecting a large bill because of the fast service, I was surprised when he gave me the total. Very affordable! They where very professional and friendly.  They have earned my business for good. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

These guys are the best.  Our duct work was destroyed during Hurricane Florence and had to be replaced.  They came out immediately to assess the damage and give us an estimate. They arrived as scheduled to begin the work and were professional, courteous and polite while on the job site.  When the work was completed, everything was cleaned and left in mint condition.  Since replacing the duct work, we have had various other professionals crawl under our house and all have been impressed with our duct work.  One even commented that "you don't see work like that any more"! In addition, the office managers are knowledgeable and professional as well.  I cannot say enough about these guys and what a pleasure it was to do business with them during a very trying time. The Air Doctor has earned my business for a lifetime and I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.
