  The business I work for, Guardian Holdings Inc., uses Piedmont Service Group for their maintenance and quarterly service needs. They are always professional, quick to respond and follow-up with you once a year with a personal visit (when COVID-19 wasn't happening). We have always been satisfied with the level of service we receive from the office staff and their techs. We would definitely recommend Piedmont Service Group for your heating and air needs.

  The people at Piedmont have always been extremely responsive when we call. Seems like everyone desires a different temperature in their office. Piedmont has gone out of their way to make everyone happy and keep it that way. You can't go wrong using Piedmont for HVAC!
