  We had a fire in our kitchen and our insurance company contracted with Servpro to do the mitigation. I was unclear on the services that they would be providing and asked for a list of services MULTIPLE times before it was given to me. After their cleanup, our blinds were still covered in soot. Ash and other sediment from the fire were still visible on the chair railings in multiple rooms. There were visible spots left on the walls as well. Areas of the floor were left uncleaned. I don’t know how much of their own cleaning products they used, but they also used some of my cleaning products and didn’t bother to replace the products they used up completely. They were never prompt, we waited almost two hours for them to show for the first appointment and also had to wait on them each time after that. I’m still not sure that they did much of anything to warrant the hefty bill they submitted to the insurance company.

  Shane was very professional, punctual and efficient in resolving my kitchen floor moisture issues. I really appreciate the time he took to walk me through the details of the process and also the care he took with sanitizing surfaces before he and his crew left. I will highly recommend Servpro to others who may need this service.

  When I first called and spoke with someone, who I'll call "Jeff" (because that's his name), regarding carpet cleaning, I was pleased and impressed with his professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer, all my questions. He took the time to answer in as much detail as was needed. If this was any kind of indication of how Servpro runs their business, I didn't need to make any more calls. The gents who showed up to do the job were every bit as professional, and on top of their game. They were careful, efficient, thorough, and very courteous. The carpet cleaning job itself was excellent. To be fair, this was my first time dealing with Servpro, and the job was probably relatively small. But what a strong first impression!
