  They installed my Packaged HVAC unit 20 years ago along with some duct improvements. Just now I am having some Intermittent problems with heat and called at 8am. Travis was onsite before 9am and worked on the unit trying everything and determined it's probably the main board. He searched several places locally and found one and was back installing the board before noon. We are still unsure if this will totally fix the intermittent problem and it's a very unusual issue. I'm confident that he has done all he can and have requested a quote for a new unit. Remember folks that when dealing with old equipment sometimes it's better to replace than repair. I cant say enough good about Sam Pollard and Son and particularly Travis. He's an outstanding man and tech and really appreciate his efforts.

  We were in a bad situation we sitting in the living room Wednesday night a week ago when our hot water heater blew up and water went everywhere drywall and the return duck work 8 gallons of water went into the the duck work but Thursday morning i called sam Pollard and son an Steve had a guy right on it and got insurance involved everyone pitched in to help us including my church family we are very happy that Steve Marshall and the technicians at sam Pollard and son were able to help us get a new hot water heater in duck work so highly recommend sam Pollard and son to anyone

  William came on Sunday to fix the plumbing and did a fantastic job. He checked everything thoroughly and knew right away what the problem was. All my sinks were blocked including my toilet and shower. Three companies came before him and could not complete the job but he did. He checked and drained all the pipes, crawled under the house too. That's what you call a job well done. William is a gentleman but most important a knight in shining armor. A big Thank you! Goes out to you William. Have a blessed day.
