  Very unprofessional. They promised to help me. Promised to schedule me and patiently waited for 4 weeks. Then when I called, twice to confirm the last time they hung up on me and said we just can’t help you and we are passing. Meanwhile, I waited trusting their good word. Please pass on this company. She did call back and apologized for hanging up on me and reiterated how they are booked and can’t help me. Again, I spoke with them in Dec to get on the books and now I’m hung out to dry without support because they are too busy for me. No one requested pictures when I called in Dec. the tone of today's call when said "we will pass on your project" was much different than dec when said, we can fit you in the second week in Jan. I called back to confirm that appointment and left a message to which there was no response. So Yes I decline to share photos as I have no confidence in their professionalism or ability or desire to help me. I need to look for a more reliable solution.

  Kurt we apologize that you feel this way. As for the conversation we had in December it was stated that we were booked through the end of January. No dates for services were set at that time. Today when you called I was traveling from a job site and lost service. I do apologize that the call was dropped. As for your project I did request you send us pictures and you declined. We wish you the best in fixing your cottage.

  They did all plumbing and AC work for my business and they were not professional at all and none of the stuff they installed works and they will not answer or return any of my calls… I would avoid this company at all costs. I have had to spend thousands of dollars to another company fixing everything they did

  I have done business with this company in the past and they have been great, but for some reason will not return my calls, I have called three days in a row now and have spoke to someone that has promised to call me back each day and never did. Have a drain issue and will now have to go elsewhere just bc no one will call me back.. unbelievable
