  We are first time customers of TA Woods. Our service technician, David Nelson Jr. arrived on time, he was courteous, professional , and repaired our tankless water heater quickly and efficiently because he came prepared with the necessary parts on the truck.   Work was done by unprofessional technicians and leadership is out to make a buck, with no care to the customer. Warranty they offer is only honored at their convenience and time, lucky if you get someone out to you in a month....hands down worst trades company in Wilmington.

  Shawn H. of TA Woods installed a hot water heater in my home on 01/14/2019. Excellent workmanship, well mannered, polite, very knowledgeable on current, UTD appliances, plumbing fittings and best trade practices. If another plumbing issue arises, I would call TA Woods and specifically request Shawn. Thank you!
