  Efficient Air was an excellent company to work with. Their staff was knowledgeable and professional. While one company in Wilmington never bothered returning my call when I requested a quote, Efficient Air was at my house within twenty-four hours of my call and I had a quote within an hour. Once I accepted the estimate, I was on their schedule soon thereafter. Their price was reasonable and the install was smooth. I had two units replaced in a matter of a few hours. When the guys doing the installation were delayed the morning of the installation, I received a phone call to let me know that they would be arriving a few minutes late to begin working. The installers were professional, courteous, thorough, and cleaned up everything once they were finished. The day after the install I was called because one of the technicians wanted to come back to make an adjustment to one of the thermostats. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. If you are in the market for a new HVAC system, I highly recommend Efficient Air.

  JJ was very responsive and quick to send a technician to my house to provide an estimate on duct repair that another company said they were unable to complete. The technician, Andre, completed the inspection and provided an estimate within 30 mins, and was able to complete the job that very same day. Communication was easy, honest, and friendly. Prices were reasonable and invoice was very easy to pay online. Should I have HVAC/duct issues in the future, I'll definitely be calling these guys again!

  Steve from efficient air was here today two hours after i talked to efficient air owner j j. I was having trouble with hot air blowing out of my heat pump upstairs 2 nd zone duct even with the thermostat turned off. Steve was able to locate the problem, which was the upstairs zone damper motor within 10 minutes and he had the motor on his truck and in a total time of thirty minutes the job was done. Efficient air’s fast service and knowledge of heat pumps is the reason i use them for service and for my heat pump maintenance contract.
