The technician(think his name is Jon) that Odyssey sent out to my house was fantastic. He explained how the system works and what they look for. He also found my system was not fully charged. He leak tested it and refilled the system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My system is running much better. Thanks

My husband, Terry is writing this review. We had trouble with our ductwork dampers, and Odyssey sent repair man Mike, out to fix. He was extremely professional, genuinely listened to the problem explanation, went right to the problem and determined what the correction was. Advised of all costs involved to fix, and was back in two days, when promised, to correct. Again, he was professional “and” friendly, didn’t mind my watching and learning, and promptly corrected the broken damper. Charges were reasonable, since it was a warranty part that needed replacement. Great job Mike. We hope you stay with Odyssey and will always be our repairman.

First of all I was looking through a magazine early this morning and saw that you guys were running a promotion that ended TODAY! Stressed was an understatement. I was able to get an appointment the same day and take advantage of the promotion!!! My technician John S******g was Awesoooome! He for one showed up on time. Two, he moved with urgency and made sure to keep me in the know about everything that he was doing and discovering. Sometimes professionals don’t talk too much to the wife but John treated me like a customer and did not discriminate against my gender. I may not have known some of the things he was talking about at the end lol but I appreciated him explaining everything! John was also able to connect with me by finding something relatable to talk about which really rounded out the rapport building and customer experience! It seems John enjoys what he does and providing exceptional customer experiences! So glad you guys sent John our way!
