  Our A/C went out late on a Saturday night but we didn't realize it until Sunday morning when our home temp reached 80+ in July. I called Superior Service Inc. that Sunday morning. I immediately got a call back to discuss the problem. He was at my house in under 20-minutes, quickly and properly diagnosed the issue, had the replacement part available, replaced the part, check for proper function, and checked refrigerant charge (which was good). He also made recommendations and provided helpful tips to ensure my A/C was working at top performance which I very much appreciated. I'm grateful for response on a Sunday, for having the part, for the quick work, for being honest and helpful, and for having a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend Superior Service Inc. for all your Air, Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration needs and repairs.

  Tried calling twice from an out of state number (I have an East Coast number due to work) but live in Jeff. They hung up on me the first time and then laughed and hung up on me the second time. Lost my local business.

  I have used them for years and I would never use anyone else but Superior. I called at 8:30 and they were out and had it up and running before 1:30. Always right on what the issue is with no hidden/surprise upcharges. Eric called to let me know approximately when they would be here and Matt called 15 minutes before he arrived. Knowledgeable and extremely fair pricing. Save yourself some time. Call them first!!!
