  Called them on 3/19/2022, was told a technician would call me in less than 20 mins. One hour later technician calls me and states he would have to call another technician and his boss and he would call me back within 10 mins. Here we are going on hour 12 and I still haven’t heard a word back from this company!! Very poor customer service from them, this place came highly recommended from my insurance company. Ended up calling ServiceMaster out of Osage Beach. Guy there said he would be there in 3 hours, 3 hours and 2 minutes later he came pulling in!! Perhaps ServePro should call these guys in Osage Beach and see if he is hiring because he will definitely come highly recommended now!!!

  We have needed the services of ServPro several times in the five years I have been with The Salvation Army. They have done a great job every time I have needed them, at home and at our shelter building. Most recently they have worked with us to put together an Emergency READY Profile (ERP), this was a completely FREE document that they put together after meeting with us a couple of times. It records and highlights all the important values, shut offs and connections in our buildings along with contacts and service providers - very handy for both ServPro when they come in a crisis and our staff who may not know where things are located. ServPro are consistently professional, do a great job and are reasonably priced. When we are faced with a crisis, they are the first call we make.

  I cannot say enough about my ServPro experience. The accident happened at my Mother’s house who lives two hours away from me. I was so stressed out about how I was going to get the house all cleaned up and repaired without living there but ServPro calmed my fears immediately. They not only cleaned up the accident, boxed (and unboxed) the kitchen,they worked as my contractor to repair all the damage. They worked with our insurance agent, directed me to companies who helped me select cabinets and appliances by sending me pictures to choose from... then if that wasn’t enough they not only bought some of the appliances for me but also picked them up, delivered them and installed them. They were also great at keeping me updated as I was not in town during the repairs. If I could give 10 stars I would... Jason and his team were amazing. Thank you ServPro.. job well done!
