  Jason arrived promptly at 8 and had our 45 year old heat pump up and running within a half hour. There was no pressure to buy a new system and he said that wasn't needed when I asked about it. We've always been pleased with the service we receive.

  Bret and company did a great job installing our new heat pump and airhandler. They showed up on time, ended on time, and let the place spotless. Not to mention that the new equipment was installed MUCH better than the previous equipment. All the lines were secure, piping installed correctly, and simply looked like a pro installed it. I highly recommend Stiefermans to anyone needing a new heat pump or A/C unit installed.

  They arrived before I had finished cleaning the sidewalk around my broken down AC unit, diagnosed and fixed the problem fast, and charged a reasonable fee. Outstanding in every way!
