  I have been in full service contract with this company for last 7 years. Everything was alright until there was no problem with my HVAC unit. Last week the technician came to perform the half yearly servicing and informed us that the compressor died. It was working fine until he touched the unit for servicing but he explained that the compressor was dying anyway and it is now dead. Bit weird though for us to believe. Anyway, he said he had ordered a new parts which would take at least 7 days to arrive. It is 100 degree F outside now and we are surviving in the heat with family for last 7 days. After 7 days we now received a call that the compressor has not arrived and they don't have a date. This company has not made any effort to look for an alternative/temporary stop gap solution so we don't suffer from this unbearable summer. I can't believe that there is not a compressor in the whole United State. They are extremely customer unfriendly and I will not recommend this company to anyone.

In speaking with the technician that was at your home and reviewing the findings of his work order, your system was in fact not working when our technician arrived at your home. Your service contract with Superior covers this breakdown at no cost to you. This fact should ease your feelings of it being "weird". Superior immediately ordered your replacement component and placed you back on our schedule to complete the repair. Unfortunately, the availability of parts and delivery times has been negatively impacted over recent months along with many other industries.   I’ve been using Superior for more than 7 years, and they have been great to work with. Always professional and timely. They’ve done everything from maintenance to install a new HVAC unit for me. And their costs are competitive and fair for the work they do.

  I have been using Superior at least 15 years. They are absolutely fantastic! One of thier senior installers ([Mike Childers) always takes care of my systems personally. I don't think there is anything that he doesn't know about HVAC systems. He is also one one of the nicest people I have ever met!!!!!
