  Great service from Jeremy! The company sent a picture of him before he arrived, so I knew who to expect and Jeremy called when he was on the way. Jeremy was here to do maintenance for both systems and he took pictures of an issue he found in the attic, which was very helpful. Everything was explained and pricing for the repair given before he left, which I thought was a fair price for the job. We had purchased our HVAC from Gagne about five years ago and I thought they had great service then and they continue to! Highly recommend Gagne.

  Just had a great experience with Gagne. The tech, Tim, was very friendly, professional, and capable. He shared detailed pictures and descriptions with me as to what he was seeing and recommending. I ended up doing some additional, needed repairs. I believe I was treated very fairly and received excellent services for the price --- so the value was definitely there.

  I requested a on-site estimate for a few items, including new HVAC system. Once Ricky Moore showed up and we had a discussion, we quickly realized that I should have asked for a maintenance type of call, and that he didn't have the capability to quote what I needed. Regardless, I spent an hour discussion and looking into the two areas, of which Ricky was amazing help. While he was on the 'sales' side, he has 20+ years of technical expertise, and was able to give me EXACT information about our existing system. He went above and beyond to see that we discuss and sent information off to his other team. Thanks and will be using them in the future for project.
