Mike from Neese Jones may be the single best service provider I have ever dealt with. He was extremely thorough, took the time to explain everything to us, showed us how to better use our thermostat and was very professional. Neese Jones has been our HVAC service company for more than a decade and they always hit the mark. But, Mike was above and beyond! Thank you, Mike, and thank you, Neese Jones!

When we found out we needed a new AC unit, we got a few quotes but ultimately decided to go with Neese due to their reputation and recommendations from family/friends. Then, we found out we had a leak during the installation process. Very thankful we ended up going with Neese and that Doug and Brandon were our installer/technicians. Both very professional and hard workers. Very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. They deserve a raise!

Neese Jones came to service my hvac system on their bi yearly schedule. They were on time, professional, informative and just excellent. I will continue to use them and refer them to my clients and friends.

I have used Neese Jones for close to 10 years in two different houses.  Their annual service contract is reasonable and the service guys are all polite and competent.  And I often get the same one several visits in a row.

I have had them install 2 full systems and the compressor only on a third.  I bid the first full system and their pricing was competitive.  I have been happy with the Carrier products installed and they aren't pushy on the upsell - I bought a mid-level unit for the 2 full replacements but a more basic unit in the compressor only replacement.  They would talk about costs and benefits relative to the Atlanta weather and our usage patterns.

Would recommend and have recommended to friends.

The maintenance was fine - we pay for it because it is necessary to keep the unit we bought under warranty.  However,  when the technician showed up this week (January 2022) for service on 2 units in our home, I asked him to wear a mask, since we are seeing a large spike in Covid-19 cases in this area.  He said he would need to go back to his truck and see if he could find one.  I gave him one to wear and keep, but this is not acceptable.

Great company, from the people in the office, to the guys doing the work!  Our downstairs A/C unit stopped working, and while I told them it wasn't an emergency, they were able to get someone out to me the same day I called.  When my suspicions were confirmed that the unit was toast (it was old and I knew I was on borrowed time), they were able to line up an install within the week.  The guys who came out to install were very polite and respected our home.  They put in a long day, but got both units swapped out and working.  Very happy I called Neese-Jones to get the job done!

We have used Neese Jones Heating and Air for many years, they never disappoint, professional, efficient, and good quality work and prices.  Businesses need to take a page out of their book for customer service.  They deserve all five stars given and more.

Here is a tip...I have been using Neese Jones for 20 years. They have a annual maintenance program that I always sign up for. We had all new Carrier systems installed (1st and 2nd floor) in 2019. The compressor went out on 2nd floor system this week. (Here is the tip) Because I have the maintenance program, the labor to replace the compressor was covered. The compressor was warranted through Carrier. Took a day to get the compressor,  they came out the next day and did an amazing job on replacement. This company is highly focused on the customer.  Absolutely the reason I have done business with them for 20 years.

Anthony called to say he was on the way.  He was professional and did a great job doing the Annual check for our HVAC.   Will request him again in the future.  Used Neese Jones some years ago then went elsewhere  and the other company always tried to sell us something  that was not needed.  Will continue to use Neese Jones in the future.
