Second review of this place...and still they don't care. They recommended a company that they partner with to clean our air vents. The service man went up in the crawl space/attic and pulled the air intake filter, and the photo is a non retouched look at what he found. Apparently when they finally fixed a flex hose in September they drug it through the insulation and this is what we've been breathing. We now need duct work replaced, and today we got a call that they aren't even able to look it until several weeks from now. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a heating and cooling company.

Dr. McBride, we have made 4 attempts to take care of your problems, 3 of which we did not charge you for. As we explained to you, we can not be responsible for fixing damage done from the company that was fixing your truss tie downs. Unfortunately, you are writing a second review under another gmail account. We can't understand why you would want to damage our reputation after the additional services we have performed. I think you would feel the same as we do, if someone did the same to Emerald Vines Media.

We were visited by one of the most misogynistic and absolutely rude serviceman we have ever met. From the moment he entered the house he was pedestrian in his tone, and told us he had other customers to visit who had worse problems then we did. Our new AC/heating unit was installed at the end of March - it worked perfectly through the second week of August, and since that time, has not been able to hold the temperature. We set it at 73 degrees, and on many occasions have had it rise to 80+ even in nighttime hours. Our serviceman told us we were "lucky" to only have it rise a few degrees, and that we cannot expect it to hit the temperature that it is set at because it's "Florida, and it's hot and humid." He argued about weather, and said "I watch it every day and we're in some hot streaks." A quick look at average temps for our area show only a 1 degree rise between July and August. We DO NOT want this individual in our house ever again. He constantly inferred that he was an expert in the business and we were just two women (elder mother/daughter), and used the intimidation factor. My mother was close to tears. They've lost 3-4 service people in the last month (why?), and we were told that there are only a few service people remaining and they need to prioritize. DON'T use Superior Heating and Cooling - unfortunately, we're stuck with them.

I’m extremely pleased with my new air conditioning unit that I needed to replace. Robby Murray came to my house reviewed my requirements and came up with a new A/C system that meet all my needs at an fair price. They temporarily repaired my broke unit until my new air conditioner came in. It was extremely hot and I was very thank full for their efforts to keep my family comfortable. The installers did a great job and were extremely respectful of our house. Paul the technician took a great deal of time to make sure we understood our air conditioner and answered all our questions. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new air conditioning system for a fair price. Thanks to everyone involved in my purchase.
