  These guys are Awesome!! They replaced our old air ducts. We have an older home with little to no crawl space. So the job was a real pain. But they were friendly and courteous. They spent a few days doing the job and cleaned up at the end of everyday making it possible to park our vehicles back in the garage. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs. Their a/c maintenance is excellent as well. I'd give them 6 stars but Google only allowed 5.

  I was in the process on closing on a house, the day of the walk thru the A/C stopped working. I called Grace and let them know the urgency of the matter, if the A/C couldn't be fixed in a timely manner this would have not only pushed back our closing date- but it was the difference between the seller paying for the unit or me as the buyer. Not only did they pick up the phone at 8:30 PM- they got some one out to the house the next morning, promptly at 8 am (closing at 10 am) set up the time for the next installation on Tuesday morning. The process was so easy. There wasn't any haggling over price or extended warranty or anything- just smooth and easy. I will tell you- I called some of their competitors and all I got was excuses and reasons why it couldn't be done quickly. Not from Grace - they figured it out and made it happen. If you have ANY questions on your A/C- call them. If they aren't your first call, I guarantee they will be your last- THEY WILL DELIVER.

  We have been extremely impressed with all services. Techs are knowledgable and professional. Very responsive. Showed up exactly on time and did a great job. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.
