  Changing A/C? A new load calculation can more than pay for itself. Randy @ Calcs Plus was very exacting in his report. The details were far more than expected....enough for an engineer...but that's the point. And yes, for me, it turned out that I could choose a smaller BTU replacement unit.

  Had a blower door test done. Easy to setup, completed quickly, report in hand before he left. Simply and easy.
