Anthony Alvino aka Tony was outstanding!!! I was impressed with his knowledge and his work ethic. He educated my husband and I on things we weren't aware of before. He cleaned the coils, drain line, and added a surge protect. You could tell how much he took pride in his job. I would definitely recommend this company as well as Anthony, you won't regret it.

I have never used this company before, but was unhappy with my previous a/c maintenance company. David came out on time, thoroughly checked both my systems inside and outside the home and gave me a clean bill of health on both units. Unlike my previous company he didn't try and sell me unnecessary service or items.  He offered me a complete service contract at a reasonable price, and the only reason I didn't accept was because I have an existing home warranty contract.   I will continue to call Super Heat and Air again in the future to handle the routine maintenance because of their professionalism and honesty.   David was fantastic and would love to have him come back should I need another visit.

Stacey was awesome! He came out last minute, on a Sunday, to check out our AC unit. He was professional, informative and completed the service quickly. This is the second time he’s been out since we bought our house, for maintenance service and both times we were extremely happy with his assistance. WOW! Best estimate ever! For our 1000 sqft home we had 3 estimates of around 7k for 15seer. This company gave us an amazing estimate of $4.6k with 0 apr, what you joking??
We went with them and our ac was installed a couple days after the estimate

Conner was amazing!!! He provided exceptional customer service and did fantastic work to our AC. His knowledge is vast and he took the time to educate me specifically for my units needs. He thoroughly assessed and clean our unit. He came back to replace the battery cap and install a surge protector providing the same quality service. Katie was wonderful as well and accommodated changes to my availability to send Conner out!!! They are two of the many reasons why I will remain with Super Heat and Air! Everyone in customer service was friendly when calling to confirm my appointments. This truly is a reliable company that will provide honest advice and back it with amazing service!!!

The young man, Conner, who serviced our A/C & Heating unit was very respectful and polite.

This company is not trustworthy!! I called this company knowing what was wrong with my AC. It was a Temperature Thermistor Sensor. I provided them with the Serial and Model number of the unit and asked that they do not show up without the part because doing so would be pointless. That request went on deaf ears. luckily I called back an hour before they were supposed to show up.  They had the tech call me. He tried telling me that he still needed to come out without the part to evaluate the unit and confirm the diagnosis which I provided and schedule the actual repair for another day. This AC unit has a digital display the detects the problems and provides a code for the problem part. After going around and around with this tech about this I asked him how much repairing a temp thermistor sensor would be and he provided an outlandish price of 1,500.00 just for the repair. Folks..... this is a 24 dollar part. The repair for this is to take the upper and lower covers off of your handler. This part is a clip on one end which basically holds a small copper temp sensor onto a copper pipe on the lower portion of the handler where the coils are. The other  end is just a white plug that plugs into the mother board at the upper portion of the handler where the blower is. It truly is just that simple. When he told me how much they were going to charge for this repair I laughed, told him to cancel this appointment and have a nice day. I ordered the part online. It took me 10 minutes to replace it  and cost me 24 dollars.. If this company gets the chance they WILL rip you off. DON'T USE THEM!! They should change their name to SUPER EXPENSIVE HEAT AND AIR!!

I apologize about the miscommunication. The technician stated that when he spoke to you, you were requesting price over the phone before we came out. He could not give an exact price without looking at the equipment but did explain that if it was the high end being the worst case scenerio for that part, it could be up to that much. Some of those exact parts have to be cut out and brazed in which requires more labor. Also, some of those exact parts cost a lot more depending on the equipment. It seems that was not the case of this system which we apologize he should not have given any prices over the phone without seeing exactly what part and work needed to be completed so he could give you an accurate price. Your Rheem warranty requires that all work on the system be done through a company that is licensed appropriately and putting internet parts on your system will void your warranty with them. I did try to call and leave a message for you please give me a call back when you get a chance. Thank you, Mary.

Justin Douglas Caleb, was outstanding in his sales experience. My 91 year old grandpa got the run around from another Bay Area company. So he wasn’t looking forward to dealing with another company. But when Mr. Caleb came knocking on our door, everything changed. We have already recommended the company to my entire family. Good to know there are still good people out there!!

Called these guys at 9pm. There technician David arrived at my home within an hr. Polite. Very professional and knowledgeable. Got my system up and running before he left. I am so grateful I called them. I will be referring super heat and air to anyone needing ac service.
